Was a public house called The Spotted Dog. In the 2000s was a pub called TJ's (the owners at the time were called Theresa and John). It has been a nightclub and live music venue since 2012 called Suki 10C, with regularly changing street art.

Suki 10C - history
Built as a public house called The Spotted Dog, at the corner site of Meriden Street with Bordesley Street around 1810.
It was extended by 1830 with a pilastered ground floor.
By the 2000s it was a pub called TJ's but was to let by 2010.

By 2012, the venue had become Suki 10C, a nightclub and live music venue.
They have been a passionately independent grassroots music venue, banging it out of Digbeth since 2012.
Street art at the time included one of Tempo 33's faces.

More street art had been added to the Meriden Street side of Suki 10C by about 2014.

The street art was completely changed in 2018 with a flying fish.

In 2019, the street art was changed to the Future of Birmingham, as of 2023, this street art remains unchanged.
